Project Scope
Within three months, our team completed a full-scale interior renovation of 90 units comprising of 1-3 bedroom units, including:

Demo and remove all items in order to install new materials listed

Flooring
We revamped the flooring throughout each unit, which involved replacing all the carpet and vinyl flooring to give the space a fresh and new look.
Updated kitchen appliances
Our comprehensive kitchen appliance package comprises a refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal unit, dishwasher and over-the-range hood.
Lighting and Electrical
We installed contemporary lighting and replaced the outlets throughout the units, additionally adding GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bathroom.
Sheetrock repairs and paint throughout
Our drywall and paint refurbishment encompasses tasks such as addressing nail holes, fixing water damage, mending cracks, and applying a fresh coat of high-quality, eco-friendly paint.
