Our success comes from our leadership team with a combined 35 years of experience in ownership, real estate investing, property management, project management, and general contracting. Co-Founder
Yudi Weisz
Yudi brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in general contracting and property management, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, through effective management and leadership. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results, Yudi plays a crucial role in driving our company’s success.
Yudi started out as a young professional installing kitchen cabinets at the age of 18, and within a decade progressed to owning his own construction company, where he gained expertise in managing large-scale projects and overseeing all aspects of the construction process. During this period, he worked on both commercial and residential projects throughout the New York/New Jersey metro area. Before founding Turnkey, Yudi served as the Capital Expenditures Director for a portfolio of over 2,500 units, where he managed the budget, schedule and execution of all capital improvements and renovations, as well as assisting the property managers on the day-to-day operations of the properties.
Yudi is a strategic thinker and is known for his problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with innovative and cost-effective solutions to even the most complex challenges. He is also known for his exceptional communication and collaboration skills, which have helped him build strong relationships with his clients. With Yudi’s extensive knowledge, skills and experience, Turnkey is well-equipped to help you see your properties’ full potential.

Jay Yungar
Jay brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in construction and general contracting, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, through his key relationships and resourcefulness. With a strong vision and strategic mindset, Jay guides our company towards growth, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry trends and opportunities.
Jay has built a wide range of structures from the ground up, beginning his career doing demolition, excavation, and underpinning and then moving on to completing the construction of residential condos and custom homes. He additionally has a wealth of experience in exterior upgrades, with more than 1,000,000 sq. ft. of rooftop amenity upgrades under his belt. Before co-founding Turnkey, Jay owned his own consulting company, where he acted as an owner representative for multi-family unit owners, mostly monitoring compliance with various legal requirements, and dealing with purchasing, vendor selection and contract negotiations. His vast experience in the industry has enabled him to develop strong relationships with many of the top contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in many areas across the country, allowing him to find the most cost-effective solutions for any project.
Jay prides himself on his ability to deliver on time and on budget, adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. With Jay’s dedication to customer satisfaction and his comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, Turnkey is sure to bring any project to a successful conclusion.
